I sit in this chair 8-9 hours a day. It's so uncomfortable it'll kill your back and hurt your ass! Lack of support and it puts strain on the back muscles. The pillow on the chair is so hard that after 3-4 hours the butt starts to hurt. It's been 6 hours and my butt hurts so much I can't sit in it. I will spend another $200 to replace this chair because I can no longer use it.

Original: The chair is sturdy and comfortable. The back and head support is good, the pillow is firm (our cats love a hard pillow and won't leave it). We found it easier to tilt your back against the pillow without the included pads. Update: I originally gave the chair 4 stars due to the assembly, but after some use I found the chair to be very comfortable, making up for the 1 star.

I received the chair without screws and the box was not in good condition and had holes. I only received AH parts and a lot of scratches on the plastic back. Luckily Ace Hardware is across the street and I was able to buy all the screws and a set of keys. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. Lost part ⭐⭐ due to scratches and missing parts. I paid an extra $49.38 for the screws and tool kit. Edit: After a few days of use, it deserves an extra ⭐ It's comfortable with good back support.

I've had back pain since I started working from home last year. I was looking for a comfortable chair that can relieve my back pain. I'm glad I found this one. For the price, it has all the features I need: ADJUSTABLE back support, solid construction, and an all-weave back/headrest. Delivery is safe and installation is easy (manufacturer also includes installation tools and gloves). After a week of use, my back felt much more comfortable than my dining room chair. seat cushion: I'm 5ft 7in and 140lbs and the seat is too hard for me. I sit at my desk for hours every day, I got the chair yesterday and didn't use the extra seat cushion and my butt hurt last night and this morning. I got this chair to replace my old one which seat became springy and uncomfortable and this chair has not left my ass as it hurts as much as this chair at the end of the night.
