Great program with easy customization

I like that it is user friendly to use for both drivers as well customers! It has many different options available when using this software which makes things much easier than other programs out there!! Some of our issues are solved by having multiple ways in order get information from users or clients who need assistance while driving trucks around town - especially if they don't know how their vehicle works (i'm looking at you "my truck won’t start" calls!). Great software! Excellent customer service! I was referred to them from my current software provider. After a few phone calls to understand what we were looking for, I was connected with a rep who helped us define exactly what we were looking for. He had a number of solutions for us to consider and provided many options and comparisons so that we could make a decision based on what would best fit our needs. Great Shipping Solution with Room For Improvement

The system is very easy to use! It's user friendly for both new users as well as seasoned professionals in this field of business. I do not have any dislikes about the program itself; however there are some minor issues that could be improved upon such as making it easier to navigate through screens when adding or editing carriers (especially if you're using an iPad).
