picked up this year in February. Regarding assembly and reliability, there are no issues. However, the seat is so firm and shaped poorly that it causes the legs to gradually get numb. In other words, the chair doesn't get much use. Regularly stand up from it and extend your legs.

Putting it together was a breeze and only took about 20 minutes. Before securing the back with the remaining four screws, you should inspect the screw holes for debris (I didn't bother with this step). By pushing the pedal in or out horizontally, the rocking mechanism is actuated.

The chair back's mounting holes didn't line up, therefore assembly was impossible right out of the box. I needed a cylindrical file, which I could have been without in theory, to bore it. I tried it on four times and found that two of them worked fine, one needed a little sharpening, and the other two were fine as is. Obviously, I picked the wrong weekend activity. The chairs are comfortable, and the first impressions are good. The quality is excellent. It has been operating properly at work for more than 4 years; I purchased it for my house. Manufacturer's warranty of two years.

I read in the comments that it’s hard to assemble, you have to bend the handles - I didn’t have this. Easy to assemble, all parts included.

Nice chair for the money. Not hot because of the grid. Wide seat, high back with headrest. Low rise for tall people. Other than that, a good chair. I read a lot of reviews that the bolts go crooked and hard to assemble. Apparently I was lucky collected quickly without problems
