You sent the wrong size.

Make sure you get the size you ordered. I used them on drawers that were larger than the slides I ordered so they wouldn't open all the way so I didn't immediately notice they were the wrong length. Ordered 22 inch slides. I opted for an extra pair on a 22" box and they were too short. I thought maybe I ordered wrong but I didn't. It's already past the return date so now I have to order 6 correct size sets :/ They're well kept in my pantry drawers so I'd be completely satisfied (especially with

Good inexpensive guides, but requires a little finesse when installing

I built a cabinet and drawers with these slides installed. Everything was exactly square. The use of back angles causes two problems: 1.) They reduce the distance between the two rails, so the drawer can get stuck with small dimensions. 2.) they scratch the sides of the drawer. Instead of building the extra thickness and filing channels into the drawers, I installed them without the brackets. Minor assembly may be required

After reading about drawer slides for a few days I settled on these. They arrived quickly, well packaged with proper instructions. However, since I was using Kreg's rail mounts, the instructions for the rails didn't quite apply (they say to attach the rails to the center of the drawer, but Kreg places them on the bottom edge). Installing in existing cabinets as a replacement is challenging and requires some time on your knees. In my face closets I had an issue with the brackets holding the back
