Easy and efficient way keep everyone informed

I like that it's easy for my customers to use (and they love using), as well as me! It has really helped us with our invoicing process by having all of their project documents in one place instead of emailing them around every time we bill each other out over Email/Skype etc. We are able to quickly view what projects were completed at any given point so when billing there isn't confusion anymore than usual. There aren’t many cons but i wish I could have more options regarding how often emails…

  • Able To upload large files without issue, even though not required too do much work uploading or downloading from computer hard drive space is never an issues either way.:)

Great file sharing tool between colleagues and employees

Easy to use for both sending and receiving files from friends as well as colleagues. Great customer service that makes it easy to get help when needed. I wish they would make this more widely available across all platforms (android, iOS, web). Would be great if we could do video calls in addition to just audio. I could be wrong but I think the reason why there are not so many people using ez file drop is because of the lack of a free version. If you want to try it out before paying for it make…

Great document sharing site - Would benefit greatly by adding larger capacity

I like that it's easy to use and there are many options available. The customer service is also great! There isn't much I dislike, but I would love for them to offer more advanced features. It's a great product. We have been able to receive large files with ease. I recommend this product to others as well. I would like to see more advanced options for storage space and file types. Easy to use for sending files as well as receiving them! It provides many options to choose from including size…

Easy access to file sharing without limitations

The ability for me as my client's representative/agent of record in this relationship with them (the customer) was that I could easily upload documents via email attachment directly into their system from anywhere at anytime using any device! It solved our problems so quickly we needed almost nothing else other than some minor training once it had been implemented by us all staff members who used different devices daily - even those not familiar how easy they were just got right back up doing…
