Not sure if they could be better. This is a definite improvement over the already excellent composite wood and plastic pads I usually use. I have used them to level a very heavy (1800lb) safe on concrete and they worked as I had hoped. That means it snaps in easily and snaps flush without being compressed by weight. Highly recommended! I have one of those infamous Bosch dishwashers that won't stay closed during the cleaning cycle. A new style dishwasher that doesn't have a twist lock like older models. Due to temperature fluctuations due to the temperature of the water and the stainless steel bath, the latch was opened after 15-20 minutes of the cycle and then 3-4 times to the end.
