Very easy installation, less than ten minutes. The hardest part was deciding where to run the cable. I adjusted the bracket a bit to not rub against the fender as much.

Very glad I found this product. I have a service truck and of course the new Fords are aluminum so the trucks either have to have a hole drilled somewhere which is not allowed. It was simple and easy to set up.

Works as it's supposed to, I don't think it's designed for heavy or tall fiberglass antennas. But for a 3 or 4 foot stainless steel antenna and a spring, this works great. Install easily and directly. It's as thick as it gets to fit in the f150's body gap. Use a little common sense and it should keep the truck alive.

Bought this item and installed it on my 2019 F-150. Aluminum casing. Installed as stated. Running cables was a chore. Installed HD spring and 4 inch adjustable tip. Made several trips on the Autobahn with no problems. I didn't have enough time to investigate the "higher than usual" SWR value. But it works in the "safe" zone. Could be a mount. Can be ground. Item seemed good quality until I went to the trail. I took this on very soft terrain with little rough patches here and there without even driving 20 miles the mount bent and almost broke and I had to remove the antenna before it broke completely. I used a Firestik antenna, they aren't the biggest but they are light. I also originally installed a spring to absorb shock, but I could only see the mount flexing when driving in a parking lot, so I removed it. A simple cross brace on the underside…

so far so good! It installed quickly and easily on my 2018 F-150 driver's side. It's not the strongest piece of metal, but it holds up great at 75-80 on the interstate, looks good (not out of place like most mounts) - and I'm very happy with it.
