Great way keep track conversation when working remotely

The ability to have multiple conversations with one person at once, easy communication between our sales team and customers are some of the best parts about using this software! I wish this program had more templates for emailing specific emails, instead sending an entire template which can be overwhelming to clients who don't know how to use their computer well enough to find what they need within those pages. This platform has saved us time in communicating back and forth with potential newโ€ฆ

  • We were able organize it by location too great if wanting local business contact info vs just general inquiries across country lines / states without having much work put towards categorizing or searching correctly (I'm still learning)

Simple and cost efficient tool ideal internal monitoring

I like that you can see who in your call center has engaged with customers, how long it took them so far etc (which also helps identify those people not as effective). The reporting side of this product needs improvement - there's no way for one person to look at all dashboards across many accounts simultaneously. Also sometimes when refreshing pages data disappears from those views until refreshed again! Try first if other products don't solve your problem or have overlappingโ€ฆ
