We liked these lights so much that I ordered two more. I tied them to an overhead light so they get power from the same wall switch. What we particularly like is that each of these lights has its own dip switch in the middle, so we can toggle them individually. I've been using these lights for about a week so haven't had enough time to use them to see them properly. The lamp is connected but not yet fully assembled. The lights themselves are 4.5 inches, but the distance between the screws is 3.5 inches. The lights I'm replacing had a 3.5" hole cut out, so I'm now trying to figure out how to fit the lights flush into a hole of the same size. Aside from ease of installation, there's no reason to buy these cheap lights. After a short time, they will begin to fade and/or flicker. There doesn't seem to be a way to stop them from flickering once they've started. Jayco RV came with them and when one of them failed (flickered) I got them because they matched and were the same brand. We replaced some of the van under cabinet lights that were starting to burn wood (they weren't LED). This is great brightness and perfect for places in your RV where the light isn't controlled by a wall switch and you don't feel like installing a separate switch! Edit: After 4 months some lightbulbs stopped working very well. The power buttons seem stuck, requiring you to fiddle with them until they work. One of the lights became a cool tone instead of the original warm tone we bought.

Excellent light with a cool white light instead of a warm yellow cast. I bought a new 2021 caravan and all the lights in the living room were on the same switch with no ability to turn off individual lights. So either all 7 lights were on or off, which wasn't really desirable. I hated swapping out brand new headlights for brand new headlights, but I'm so glad I took the plunge. I used a pull rod to replace two old bulbs in my 2015 motor home. I went for the 4" and they weren't as big as I was hoping. I'm only there today because by design they didn't completely cover the screw holes on the old bulbs. But it's under a cupboard in the trailer so you can can't see it unless you look directly at it.These lights are very bright and the same model is used in many new motorhomes.I upgraded my entire van to LED with these,Facon and Dreamlight lights.and couldn't be happier…

The interior lights on my new trailer were adjusted with a switch, either all 8 lights in the trailer were on or all off. This includes 2 lights above the bed which would blind a person trying to sleep if the overhead lights were on in the middle of the night. Each of these new lamps has its own switch so I can turn them on as needed. I don't understand why these new headlights were not installed on my new trailer. In any case, I can now only use the light I need and am no longer blinded by all
