Works great and easy to install

All ports worked from the start, no problems. Also, I bought this particular one because it had internal USB ports and didn't require an additional power cord. This simplifies installation on any supported computer. I needed one with internal USB ports because I have a card reader that requires a USB 3.0 connection and it works much better than having to run that cable through the back of the case. Overall a great product at a good price. I think more than that would be overpriced but the muchโ€ฆ

Broke during installation

The 19-pin USB 3.0 connector housing came loose during installation. Therefore it is unsuitable. Too tight on the 19-pin connector. I had to turn it off. The case has come loose (see photo). I see other users had the same problem. In my case, I can't put the cover back on. Maybe I could cut off all the pins and use them for the extra rear USB ports, but the main reason I bought this unit is the extra ISB 3 19/20 port for front panel use. I can't use this block for this purpose. I asked theโ€ฆ

Lots of extra fast USB ports!

As someone who has a lot of USB devices and not that much on my own PC, I was looking for a blank PCI Express card that would add more USB ports. Data transfer is fast. Must update with speed. It looks so good as long as you don't have USB plugs in it. I want it to be without USB ports inside. I picked one of these and chose it to have at least 5 slots on the outside of the case and then only 4 on other cards. It worked as soon as I downloaded it and others claimed the drivers were causingโ€ฆ

But works as described.

The quality is a bit suspect. It's difficult to connect USB cables from the back as they don't fit well, and the inner sleeve of the connector detached from the pins when I tried to pull the cable out. I managed to glue the sleeve back on and it's still holding. In terms of compatibility, I found an internal card reader that doesn't work with the internal card slot, while the same card reader works fine with the motherboard slot. inexplicably. I ended up using the internal card slot fromโ€ฆ

Works great with Windows 10. No manual driver installation required.

This card worked without driver installation on Windows 10 (version 1909) (as stated in the instructions that came with it). As other reviewers have pointed out, trying to install the included drivers only causes problems. In addition, any drivers you get on the supplied optical disc will likely contain older drivers and software, and the latest versions should be downloaded from the internet (in this case, this is not necessary). I just turned off my system (also unplugged the power cord)โ€ฆ
