Love this set. Half of these are not needed, but bought because of the brand and shelf life of previous products. It hasn't let me down either.

Easy to install as the parts are the perfect replacement but replacing these gaskets no matter where they came from is a real pain in the ass. Rusty bolts and the location of these gaskets make work difficult. These high quality gaskets fixed my coolant leak that was difficult to locate. Great details

Fel Pro mid-range seal not the best, but not the worst either. I use sealant on all of their gaskets and use them frequently. The price is always very good, so, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If I was going deep into the engine or a part I didn't have good access to, I'd probably look for a better quality gasket like the Cometic.

I ordered this gasket kit because of a timing cover gasket leaking on the crankshaft. Unfortunately, NONE of the seals worked. I made sure to remove all dirt from the mating surfaces with a sanding sponge and wiped clean with the brake, it started leaking immediately after adding coolant and oil flowed out when the engine was started. The water pump seal lasted about 2 days before leaking everywhere. I love the Fel Pro but that's a terrible set of pads.

I ended up having to buy another timing case cover but I thought it was a good price and I received it quickly. The two studs that Ford included with the water pump replacement were pretty good; except for changing the timing chain, it was the other way around; Nightmare! I used a screw extractor and ended up breaking one of the studs and then the timing cover itself. Luckily the timing cover was available from your local parts store and luckily everything else was fine.
