one failed after about 6 months, installation was very difficult.

one failed after about 6 months, the installation was carried out very carefully by a mechanical engineer with a lot of experience (me). It was a rear one that required intake removal. real pain.

Fits well and doesn't leak

I installed these gaskets on my X-Type when I changed the cylinder head gaskets. The factory cam cover had a socket for one of the larger bolts. I did not find it in this set. I had to use the original. It doesn't flow at all. It's been a few weeks and no problems.

Control valve seals are missing

The supplied seals were ok and installed correctly The objection lies in the word "KIT". , and thrust pin seals. The variable timing magnet seal was missing = mine was very hard and cracked. They are not available from Revain, I bought them from Rock Auto for $2 each. The new type of this gasket can not be installed after the valve cover, so also have to wait for the delivery of these parts. It would be nice if they were included, or at least an indication that they are required.
