🚦 Feniex 4200 Mini Controller by Industries Review

The controller works fine. Feedback for Fenex. Called about a technical issue and the guy on the phone answered Phoenix but had no idea this company was even selling. I had a simple question which led to a 15 minute pointless gathering of information and a promise to call back with a simple answer. Two days have passed and no call. I understood the question, but do you outsource technical support? Of course it seems so. There is no way to contact them without first contacting customer service…

This little controller is amazing! I was very impressed with the size and ease of installation. The only thing I didn't like was that where I installed it in my 2006 Superduty, I wanted the wires coming out of it to be about 6 inches longer (more than enough for most people, and I could hook it). where I wanted it, but it was a bit awkward, but it's up to me because I wanted to set it). when we are ignored along the way. Bought to replace my half dead dash panel in my tow truck. The truck features a Code 3 LED panel, LED lights for upper and lower decks and LED work lights on the underbody, as well as left and right halogen stage lights (soon to be replaced by LEDs) and front LED strobe lights. I bought this one thinking I could have each light on a separate button, which in theory worked. but if I had a light bar, front flashers and, say, work lights, they would fire and shut off. **EDIT** Feniex contacted me today 15th December Sunday. They confirmed that the controller is up to date. Not sure why the seller had a 2018 model. Phoenix was keen to replace the decal sheet, but I threw away all the small parts. I only needed 6 (for 6 buttons) but it was PITA trying to sort them, turn them right side up etc to read what I needed. But everything worked out. I thought it was bought by Phoenix. But apparently from a different dealer. Phoenix gets 5 stars. 4 stars to the seller…
