The most useful feature for me was how easy it made uploading files to our website with multiple browsers/devices without needing additional plugins or code changes from us! I use this to let users of my SaaS product choose files from their local computer using drag & drop or by uploading them directly via browser (iFrame). It does so with ease! You can customize every aspect like file type associations for example, but you may want to go even more in depth if your app has custom functionalities.
