Review on FineUploader by Tim Blandin

I liked that it was easy to use for my customer service team members who are not technical experts in programming or web development at all! It's also very intuitive which makes training our support staff easier than ever before with this product. The only thing we would like improved upon slightly (but maybe its just me)is if you can allow multiple selections of files/folders from one folder instead of having them be separate folders? This has been something requested by us over time but they haven't yet implemented so far as i know. So no big deal there though because otherwise everything else about their software works great!! We have used many different types of solutions when uploading large amounts of images via email attachments etc., however fineuploader does seem more user friendly since everyone involved doesn't need any special coding knowledge nor do they understand how FTP servers work either :).
