Great customer service, great product

The support team is great to work with! They have been responsive every time I've needed them for something or another relating to my account. There was nothing that really stood out as anything negative at this point; however some minor issues were encountered during initial implementation but they were quickly resolved by their expert staff. We had multiple goals we set up within our CRM system after using other products/services like Salesforce before, so all those things worked just fine…

Great Service and Products, Very Flexible

I like that they have so many different tools to use for my security needs! They also offer several types of plans which allows me flexibility when needed with their service level agreements as well. The customer support staff is very knowledgeable about what we need from them but still easy enough to work through any issue or question without being condescending. We do not currently utilize all aspects offered by Firmsguard however if there was more integration between our systems then this…

  • I like the 24/7 monitoring capability the provide and the system of alerts
Cons
  • Our current software needs to be in sync with the tools provided from Firmguard so the integration will be something to work together on for our needs
