Arrived on time as stated. Installation was easy. I connected the two mirror heater wires and snapped the mirror onto the motor. It will not be possible to test the heater before winter, but so far I am very satisfied. The mirror quality was very clear and not rippled as some reviews suggested. I am happy with the purchase.

Last week a DART bus blew out the driver's side mirror glass on my 1999 Ram 1500 pickup, so I finally got around to replacing it. This solution was much simpler than I could have imagined and only took 10 minutes to install. I would have replaced a slightly cracked mirror years ago if I had known it was that easy and inexpensive!

Looks good. Clear Reflection. Well packed. No calls. Will not fit my 2002 Dodge Quad Cab passenger mirror. It is irregular in shape. Luckily my husband wanted to replace his 2001 passenger mirror in his 2500 and it fits his truck. Haven't seen it on the road yet so don't know about the extra vibration and it's still summer so we couldn't use the defrost.

Package arrived intact. Opened it up and there was an empty plastic container with no product (at least the packaging said it was the right packaging). Since this is a mirror, I have a very hard time believing that this was an accident. I think everyone in the world could admit that there is no mirror in it. Update - the manufacturer did the right thing. They sent me a new one and it had a mirror and was in perfect condition. It was the right size and shape. Ideal.

This mirror is a good product for its price but not of the highest quality. Pros: Great fit, easy to install, good instructions, lowest price I've seen. Cons: Bad glass quality. I was very happy that the installation was so simple and easy. The old mirror pops out, unplug it, plug in the new mirror (I had to crimp the connectors to get a good fit), line up the new mirror and plug it in.
