Flamaker Mesh Office Chair: Ergonomic Swivel Computer Chair with Lumbar Support and Armrests - Black Review

The upholstery on my old office chair was broken and in dire need of replacement. This new chair definitely filled the need! It's very comfortable and supportive. The only negative I have is that it was *not* very easy to put together. Two people were required for proper assembly.

The reason I gave one star is because the chair was not easy to assemble, one of the parts was torn off and had to be shaved off which was inconvenient. However, the company that sells the chairs responded to me immediately when I requested a refund. They actually worked with me and refunded me $10 in exchange for what I paid for the chair and asked if I could get help assembling it so I felt they were kind.

Just go to a chair tonight and put it together. My husband had some difficulties as the plastic was a bit warped. And yes, he is very good at collecting things. He has been using the chair for about 4 hours and the mesh on the back has already stretched and does not support the user very well. However, the chair rolls very easily on the floor. Hopefully it will last longer than the other (other brand) we are replacing. He only lasted a week before his back broke.

Assembly was easy. Husband didn't like it but said it was fine. As he stretched in the chair, the side of the backrest broke in half. Instead of fumbling with the return, he decided to simply reinforce the broken section. After doing so, another area of his back fractured. I knew I wasn't going to get a quality chair, but breaking down after one session is crazy. Apparently the cheapest plastic was used as it was very brittle and easily broken. After two weeks of using this office chair, I regret buying it. It squeaks constantly and the lumbar support is poorly constructed, with the top corners tending to dig into your back unless you're sitting in the center of the chair. I am very disappointed in the seat cushion. It's only been two weeks and it's flat and uncomfortable. That's it, we've been using it for a month or more, great chair. Big enough for a tall adult. Good support and decent upholstery comfort. It wasn't fun to assemble, though, and I'm a "house builder". The attachment points under the chair required a lot of bending, pulling and forcing to align the screw holes on the back/arms on the underside of the chair. I mean A LOT. UPDATE 6/15/20: I have upgraded my rating from 3 stars to 5. To my surprise, the company contacted me and resolved the situation for me. This tells me, and should tell future customers, that they want to read reviews and make sure their customers are happy.
