DOA control panel, no after-sales service

There are no major defects, so I will upgrade this rating to 3 stars, it would be more if tech support was helpful but hey we can't get everything we want) Old review (first impression) Give 2 stars for style, 0 stars for functionality. When I received this printer last week, the tape that went to the printer's LCD panel was ripped upon arrival, rendering it unusable. I've tried contacting support to no avail, so I'm now stuck with a $400 paperweight until the replacement cable I bought arrives
