Works good good price

So glad we were able to find these filters for my daughter's Cube Flu val fountain! Good price and Amazon is the only place we can find them.

Good product for fish and aquatic animals

Perfect for my baby aquarium. Added ammonia shavings and pieces of filter sponge from a very tried and tested 75 gallon tank to add some much needed bacteria to circulate the tank.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not for everyone

I love our Qi reservoir

I love our Qi reservoir. I love our little chicken fish and the mysterious snail that lives in it and the plant that thrives to make their home cozy. However, I have to maintain and clean the filter system regularly.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Big and bulky

They fit and work well with filter accessories

They fit like they should. The only downside to such a small filter is that it gets dirty very quickly and when it does get dirty you'll notice. Your pump will make wonderful noises like it's choking.

It only lasted 4 months.

This is the second filter I have bought for my tank. The cube is nice, but the light goes out quickly and cannot be repaired. I've found that it's cheaper to buy a whole new system than it is to replace this one. I plan to use the cube as a terrarium.

Lasts maybe a year; Don't waste $

It doesn't refill half the time so you have to put it on and off, refill it, pour it out, cast a little spell and hope for the best. This is the second that has broken in over a year. First headlights, then pump. You can buy a new tank with a pump and a flashlight cheaper! Don't waste your money on this tank/pump/light assembly.

Pros
  • Easy to use

Hello, I had a betta in this tank.

Hello! A rooster has lived in this aquarium for over a year. My first rooster (Darth) didn't live more than 6 months due to inexperience. Now I have sushi. Fluval Chi filter works fine. When I change the filter there is something there, but right now I see something floating around the filter and the filter doesn't catch it. It's time to change the filter. I feed him mainly Artemia with Artemia and occasionally rooster pellets. I have a small filter at the bottom of the tank to help with…

Great price for a decent filter for a bad tank

I'm not a fan of the Fluval Chi Aquarium or fish in general, but that's another story. If you don't need to buy these filters, this is a great value (I paid $6.99 for a 3 pack, it's $7.06 at the time of this review) compared to yours local pet store. If you haven't already invested in a Fluval aquarium (why would you look at filters if you don't have one?), consider other options. More, with better filtering. Mine is very difficult to keep clean, especially for algae. The white side of the…
