Better than pizza stones

When making my own from scratch I cook the crust about half the time in the hard pan that comes with it, then place in the perforated pan, cover the pizza and finish baking. It gives a crispier crust than any of the pizza stones I've used and not having to heat the stone for long makes the pizza process faster and cheaper (less electricity used in the oven).

Pros
  • Expensive but decent

  • Gone

Perfect pizza every time

This pizza pan works great! I can adjust the baking time to get the crispiness I want. I usually put the pizza in the oven at 500 degrees for 11 minutes depending on how I like it. I add/subtract a minute from the bake time for a crispier/softer crust. The pizza comes out every time without sticking to the pan and is very easy to clean. Needless to say I am happy with the purchase!

Pros
  • Prepared brilliantly
Cons
  • Doubtful

Won't buy again - Holes too big

I have other pizza pans and this one is my least favorite for one simple reason: the holes are a lot bigger than others so the crust and crumbs and even toppings fall out through them on stovetops, counters, etc. You can always put them on another pan, but that defeats the purpose of using them. Other than that, to be fair, it's pretty and well made.

Better than my pizza stone

I've had it for a while and made a lot of pizza on it. This is a fantastic pan. I could never fully cook a pizza crust on my pizza stone, no matter how hard I turned the oven on or how long I left the stone in. This pan allows enough heat to rise beneath the crust for it to cook well. I have to say it surprised me. I also use it to reheat leftovers, especially good for leftover pizza. The only drawback: I put it in the dishwasher, everything is clean, but there is always some rust around theโ€ฆ

Cons
  • Makes me mad

I bought this to get a nice and crispy pizza without using a pizza stone. When used properly, the stone does an excellent job of making a pizza crust, but it needs to be heated in a very hot oven for at least an hour. That's a lot of power for a 10-minute pizza, and since the heat for our oven comes from our propane tank, which we have to refill regularly, we're aware of that. Using this crispy crust gives a well-made crust without wasting energy. For the most direct way to heat your pizza, use

Makes a crispy crust; Short-lived

Just used this for the first time and my pizza turned out amazing - lovely crispy crust; However, after cleaning it, which wasn't difficult, I noticed a few scratches on the bottom. I wasn't rude to him, just put it in and out of the oven twice. Disappointing. I'll see how it will look like after next use; whatever it may return. It is advertised as carbon steel and non-stick, which I think meant carbon steel, since this non-stick material is extremely non-stick. If I had known it had aโ€ฆ

Yes, the pizza is properly baked!

I have never eaten Jan's pizza and was very enthusiastic about this pizza. We love pizza and this pan was perfect for heating pizza in the oven. Nothing superfluous and the crust turned out great. We keep a few pizzas in the freezer for a quick and easy snack, and we love to bake in this pan. The crust came out great every time we used this pan to cook our pizza. I used to have to cut frozen pizza into multiple slices and place them on a baking sheet to bake, which was very frustrating and theโ€ฆ

Better than stone on pans and pizza stones

My Oneida pizza stone broke in half in less than six months of use while I seasoned it, treated it like a piece of china and struggled to keep it clean without it to use soap. Looking for something more permanent and less labor intensive I found the Fox Run reviews to be consistently good and the price was right so I bought it. Add my enthusiastic review to others! I don't make my own pizza, but for the frozen variety I eat occasionally, it's a miracle. It cooks evenly through the middle, which
