No more chainsaw problems

I was having problems with my Dewalt chainsaw, which cuts through twice as much wood in one pass, but one day I changed the blade on the Dewalt chainsaw (and it was new) no more problems. I will buy another!

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Quality replacement blade for ts55

This is a quality replacement blade for the Festool ts55 chainsaw. I mainly use it to cut large pieces of Baltic birch plywood to sizes that are then safe to cut on a table saw. I use a 48-tooth Freud blade when I need to cut a large, clean piece with a clean edge.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Great blade for power tool parts and accessories

I buy about 1 of these a year. Surprisingly good product and good price. Clean cuts on the top and bottom of the plywood (at least 2/3 of its lifespan). Cracks and cuts with the same finesse. It may not be the best product if you want to glue hardwood edges. (It's a very thin slab.) Remains sharp and true longer than I've ever seen. (Thanks to robots and high-quality carbide.)

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was some

Very nice knife blade Festool TS55

A little confused by the high price of Festool blades. I understand that I bought a BMW saw, but I didn't want to be taken to the dry cleaner for every blade. I needed a fast and fast saw blade for cutting plywood, so I settled on a fine 24 tooth saw blade. I can rip almost as fast as pushing a saw along a rail. The saw doesn't make any grunting noises, the stress is very low because the blade is so sharp and aggressive. I blew the birch 3/4 without hesitation and still got a clean cut on theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Great blade for my cordless chainsaws - DeWalt and Makita

Works well with my cordless chainsaws from Dewalt and Makita. It cuts more splinters down to the smallest chip than a standard DeWalt blade and the same with a standard Makita blade. It doesn't seem to affect accuracy when moving back and forth from Dewalt or Makita blades on the same track. The difference is so small that I don't notice it. I notice more inaccuracies due to blade deflection and saw body flexing when I'm cutting at an angle and pushing the saw too hard, or when the trackingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • Clarity

This is a great blade but definitely doesn't match the Festool OEM blade. I used two Freud blades, another brand compatible blade and now I use my second OEM blade on my TS55. The first observation is that Festool blades stay sharp much longer than Freud's. I would venture to say that a Festool blade easily lasts 2-3 times longer than a Freud blade, which negates almost any cost advantage. The second observation is that when cutting through thick wood, Freud's blade tends to deflect much moreโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • The list will be long.
