Looked good out of box . give it a month .:(

Product came and looked beautiful ! Installed it sadly didn’t have the apparent optional base needed for sink so had to go out and buy more stuff to get installed . After about a month installed it gets a new chip in the paint . pretty soon this is gonna be all silver instead of black. Super disappointed with quality . You would think it was a little more durable than this :(

Poor Quality on my review.

I've had this item installed less than a week and the black paint is already coming off of the nozzle. The sprayer is spraying out of all holes even though I have it set to do heavy stream. When I was considering purchasing this item my gut instant was that it was not going to hold up. I wish I would have went with my gut feeling. Had I not already thrown the box away I'd definitely be returning this item. It is definitely not built to hold up a week, let along long term.

  • The installation process may be difficult for those without plumbing experience

Beautiful faucet but has not held up to the test of time.

Two-year update. Great look. Originally, my only complaint was that it was shorter than I expected. After having it for two years, I’ve noticed that with wear and tear, it didn’t hold up as well as I had expected. About six months after installing it, the paint around the nozzle started to chip away. After about a year and a half, the bottom of the sprayer fell out and I had to glue it back into place.

You get what you pay for

It was all great until the button to change the type of water flow stopped working. Well, it works but it doesn't allow for just single stream anymore. I've had this installed for only a month. Its a beautiful faucet but I can't support something that breaks in a month.

Didn't Last Long in my review

In our experience, these units last about 4 months and then blow out. This is the second one we've had and we are still building our house. I contacted the company to get a replacement head, but never heard back from them.

Really love the look of this faucet. I only gave three starts because after a week the black head on the faucet started chipping and can see the copper underneath the black color :/

Highly upset! Dont buy!

Highly upset! Loved this for the 2 months it worked. Installed in brand new kitchen beg of September. Tonight the nozzle fell apart, and it is squirting water everywhere. Of course out of the return window. So un-sure what to do now.

Malfunctiond in 2 months.Broke off after 5 months of use.

This is a very attractive kitchen faucet. I took a chance on it because it's so nice looking. I bought it in September 2019 and the sprayer switch stopped working in November 2019. The faucet gets normal use with 2 people cooking daily. We thought oh well, I guess we will live with switch stuck on spray. On February 15, 2020 the spray nozzle blew apart when it was turned on. The nozzle won't stay together when we try fixing it. I have a picture of how it looks without the nozzle. Sad day. I…
