Living in Las Vegas, a big sun umbrella is a necessity if you want to spend any time in your back yard. I have a balcony that get direct sunlight in the afternoons in the desert. It makes the balcony unusable during those time. This is a high quality umbrella that sets of easily. I already had a umbrella stand and slide it to the edge of the balcony, placing the umbrella in it, then zip tying it to the balcony railing. Perfect! Now the balcony in in the shade in the afternoon and, bonus, it keeps the sun from heating up the sliding glass doors. This keeps my unit much cooler.

I brought two umbrellas despite the reviews. I tried everything to make myself happy. I sprayed it with fabric protector and purchased the recommended gravipod to add weight. A very small amount of wind came along and before I could catch it, I heard it snap! The color is beautiful! However, I can no longer use it. Very sad!

Isn't a cheap piece of junk but also isn't super high end. We dropped with in our weighted base between the two lounge chairs next the pool and had no issues. The female tube of the base was probably 3/4" to an inch bigger than the pole of the umbrella, but with the bolts locked down on the base, it doesn't move or flop around at all. They also make adapter things so they fit more snug, but unneeded in this case.Cranks out and in fine, looks good and no issues. I expect to get a couple years…

Set up the umbrella the day I got it. Pop up storm 2 days later and the umbrella fell over before I could get to it. Broke in two or three places - no longer usable.

Had for three months and opened about 5 times and the handle is broken, it’s uselessWho cares about a 2 year fade warranty when the umbrella breaks in a few months. Didn’t even make it to summer.

It took a couple tries to get the right color I ordered, but when I did receive them (bought two) I absolutely love them. We had a day with significant wind, I wasn't able to bring them in right away. They are well made and quite sturdy. They managed just fine with no damage.

I ordered two of these patio umbrellas because they are fade resistant. Our patio has constant sun exposure and our old umbrellas looked so bad when they faded.Very good looking umbrellas.

I bought at the end of the season so never used and put up this month only to have the string break loose inside with no way to fix and too late to return. Very disappointed in this purchase.

We got this to replace an old umbrella on our patio table that had faded terribly and had several spokes that broke and wouldn't hold up well anymore. This umbrella is a much nicer quality than what we had before. The fabric is thicker and after a summer outdoors it has not shown any signs of fading or wear. I didn't think about it because I've never owned such a large table umbrella but a tilt would be nice. If it could tilt then you could better direct the shade. Excellent large patio umbrella. The structure is heavy duty and solidly constructed. The fabric is a waterproof type of canvas like cloth. The khaki color is a of a beautiful shade. It looks to be a wonderful and professional looking unit. Very satisfied.

We had a high wind rain storm. It blew my umbrella up and off of the base on my glass outdoor table onto the lawn. The next day I woke up to a umbrella that was in perfect condition, just as I originally purchased it! It was not bent and did not have a dent nor a ding on it! I will purchase this umbrella again. This is a beautiful umbrella. Just received it today in good shape. I had painted my cast iron patio set midnight blue and was concerned the navy blue umbrella might be a lighter shade of navy blue. It blends well together and is "fade resistant", per documentation on umbrella. Happy with my purchase.

This is well made and easy to set up. The material is sturdy but not coarse. I love the style and the color, which are pleasant but not glaring.
