A cheap solution to an annoying problem.

After searching YouTube and replacing the switch I found these capacitors and replaced 2 fans in half an hour. AAAAAAA! full wind again.

Fixed my ceiling fan!

My old but beautiful sea breeze ceiling fan hummed loudly and turned very, very slowly. I removed the 4.7uF capacitor (cut the wires) and replaced it with this one (4.5uF) with wire nuts. Light! Hooray!

Worked to fix my ceiling fan

Replaced the BAC condenser in my Hampton Bay fan, it got so slow I didn't even notice and then barely turned it, replaced the new condenser and it's probably spinning better than new. A much better option than throwing away the fan and adding it to an endless garbage loop.

Easy to work with good auto electronics accessories

My husband asked me to order this part for our ceiling fans. He noticed that they run slower and read online that this part is easy to replace and the fans work like new. The part was easy to replace and the fans work great! We will order this again when our other fans slow down.

We saved $160 installing an amp

I was willing to buy ANOTHER $160 Hunter ceiling fan for our front porch. After doing some research I order the capacitor as "let's try it first". It literally took me longer to remove the lighting kit than it did to replace the capacitor. Super easy to do. All together again and BAM. We didn't realize how slow the fan had become. It's like a new fan. Thank you!
