Absolutely accurate for kitchen and dining room

I bought this scale to measure ingredients when blending juice for e-cigarettes. I already had a smaller scale that could measure 0.01g, but its maximum weight was only 100g, so I wanted a scale with more weight capacity. I also bought a set of 8 calibration weights to test both of these scales and the one I already had. Spring. Thus, not only the calibration weights confirmed the accuracy, but also another scale from another manufacturer.

Handy for counting small parts!

I used this to accurately count 25, 50 and 100 different pieces of gear. This reduces a 10 day job to around 9 hours - a HUGE time saver. Simply place any 25 items on the scale, press and hold the count button, wait for 25 to appear, release and press the count button again, and voila - any additional items placed on the scale will increment the count automatically increases by 1. No more math, hand counts over 25 and a very boring job ends quickly! The small size means we don't have to find a…

Doesn't work according to the receipt

The scales were hardly unpacked. Additional scales were part of the package. After packing, I put in two AAA batteries and turned on the scale. The window showed all eights as expected, but after a few seconds it turned into four characters that meant nothing. It all ended here. Pressing any other key did nothing. Adding weight to the scale did not change the reading. The only thing that changed the reading was pressing the OFF button. This scale is coming back but I like its features so I…

Accuracy is intentionally mis-advertised. Terrible resolution

(compared to LB 501) This scale (model PT500) is terrible. The information in the title and in the general description advertises the accuracy and resolution of "0.01g". At the very bottom of the product information it says "Accuracy: ±0.03g" which is completely contrary to everything said so far. In addition, the resolution is terrible. 0.06g is required for detection, making minor changes very difficult. I understand this is about half the price of the LB 501 but the lies in the listing and…

good scale in this price range

I already had an xx gram scale from this company and it worked well enough so I also got this second scale from them which has an accuracy of x.xx grams. My goal was to spend no more than $20 on a scale that looks good but is not only accurate but can handle a lot of weight. Your xx gram scale holds 3000 grams, which is 6.5 pounds, while the x.xx gram scale holds 500 grams, which is just over a pound. Both scales are the same size, so they fold well and are easy to clean. The auto-shutoff…

Cheap and stable. Overall I'm quite happy with it. I originally bought the OXO for about $45. This OXO was annoying. Slow registration, even adding coffee will not register a new weight unless you remove the container and place it back on the platform several times. The same object could differ by several (perhaps up to 5) tenths of a gram at different weighings, which annoyed me. These scales have none of these problems. I've only been using them for a few months. Hundredth of a gram version…
