Edit because I finally got help

Edit* It's a miracle, right after I left this review her phone worked. When I finally found an agent, the product worked. So if you earn it's good. I leave the original review below. The app can't find my lightbulbs. They work, the brightness is good. I have followed all of their FAQ guides. I even put a lamp right next to the router as there is a 40 foot limit. Nothing. Call their customer service line and it's offline. Their watch says until 9pm EST and I called at 4pm EST and went into their

The Android app installation does not work. iOS does.

I bought some cheap smart lights from Chinese brands which even with poorly translated applications and instructions were easier to install than these lights. Android app NOT WORKING. It cannot bypass the bulb Wi-Fi setting. You also can't add them directly through Google Home, as stated in the product description and documentation. Adding to my account failed multiple times in the Wi-Fi phase for all 4 bulbs, even doing a factory reset of the bulbs. (Which is a ridiculous process in itself) Iโ€ฆ

Difficult to set up for an IT pro

I thought these bulbs would be perfect for lighting my porch. Mostly regular lights and the ability to change colors for different holidays... After installing the lights I couldn't get them to connect to the app which says I need to be within 400ft even though I did was closer to 4 feet. The other step states that they need to be as close to the router when setting up. So I moved her to the lamp and literally stood next to the router. You still haven't connected. There are no instructions inโ€ฆ
