I bought these gloves specifically for use with a heavy bag. I've used them for 8 workouts and they are breaking in nicely. They offer excellent protection and support. They are well ventilated and easy to put on and take off. My only complaint is they seem to run a bit small. I normally wear a size Large glove (driving gloves, winter gloves, etc) so I ordered these in a Large as well. I have large hands and these are a bit tight. They are comfortable, and hitting my heavy bag feels quite good. I have yet to hurt my hands with these, and they have great wrist support. They look great and the gel adds a nice weight to the glove. Besides a bit small they're excellent!

I use these gloves mostly for heavy bag work and they have worked out well so far. They are constructed much more durably than similar Everlast gloves that I had purchased previously. Sometimes if you don't put them on just right they can get a little bit uncomfortable after a while, but other than that, I don't have any complaints.

I like the gloves and I think they will exactly what i bought them for THE HEAVY BAG. Only issue i had was i ordered the large because alot of the reviews said they ran small, I found this to not be true. I'm 5'8" and weigh 170-175 my hands measure 8.5inches at the knuckles wrist to end of middle finger 7.5inches. I have a few pairs of Ringside gloves and like all of them, but so far these are my least favorite. I think in part that is because these are only 12 oz gloves and I normally use 14 or 16 oz. However, these are still very nice gloves and I just prefer the way other gloves fit more than these.
