After a stuck injector I bent the thermal break and damaged the heater block. I ordered this to replace those parts. My radiator was fine so I didn't change it. When I ordered this I couldn't tell from the pictures if it was in fact the same heater block as the mk3s but it was. I chose this kit because it was the cheapest and quickest way to get everything I needed to get my printer working again.

after months of troubleshooting multiple e3d extruders with clogs, sticking, feed issues, adjusting temp settings, feed rate confusion, etc. I was told throw away get these cheap chinese and buy the original part. Installed and like magic all problems are gone. I've been using it for over a week with no problems. They should ban Chinese fakes, which is a waste of time and money. I must have spent over 50 hours fixing problems that weren't due to part tolerances and material properties.

It was an exceptionally awful experience given the expectation of an improvement over cheap Chinese. I had this guy seep back through the currents when heated, which ended up being more than a test cube. Tried swapping out the heater block for a better one I had from e3d (copper) - same thing. I turn to the Chinese copy - it works fine. In general, after 2 months of fighting e3d products (this one and just a separate block) and their fakes - I refuse to get decent quality prints and go back to…
