This ad is a total lie. These so-called lightbulbs are only 3W (NOT 35W) AND are rated for 10.5VDC (NOT 120VAC). If you try to connect them to 120V they will explode in a microsecond. Do not do that. Gern Gauardiam needs spanking on his bare bottom.

You sent me the wrong one. My germ monitor doesn't need any shorter. My germguardian takes longer as in the picture. Please I need the ones you showed in the picture. And I have an old design with a lightbulb in the picture.

I bought this lamp for the third time, now suddenly they are almost half the size… So we get half the air purification? The price hasn't gone down. I love this device and the ease of use of the filters, but getting half a bulb makes me feel like I'm being ripped off.

Bought to replace a burned out lightbulb in my Germguardian. I don't think the replacement will perform as well as the original. I was so impressed with my Germguardian that I hoped this lamp would continue to work in the hallway where my dog sleeps. This lamp does not reduce odors like the original lamp.

This is a 3.5w lamp NOT 35w as described. Note that the voltage is also not listed. There is no information on the packaging. Pear shape is not as pictured. I liked my GermGuardian when I first got it, about 6 months. I've only read that you buy a new light when the light goes out. Well, my lights didn't turn off, but they didn't help anymore (I can say that because they completely eliminated every dog smell in our house, but they didn't anymore). After lots of research and a frustrating few months of not being plugged in around the house, I found that when the bulbs needed replacing, the light changed color, not that they went out completely. I started removing the bottom screws before the top ones. The top center used one type of tool and the outer top used a different type of tool. I had to look for a suitable tool to mount the screws from the outside. Once they were removed, I realized I didn't need to remove the bottom at all. Then I tried to pull out the blown bulb. I have short and not very thin fingers and started to get frustrated when I couldn't unscrew the bulb and scratched my hand so I looked at the reviews. There wasn't
