False advertising does not lift more than 5 lb

This is false advertising the magnet barely picks up 5 lb before it lets go I spent almost $160 on this magnet and it's absolute trash and they have a zero return policy stating that it has liquids are flammable items it is just a magnet I am going to get a refund one way or the other from Walmart this product sucks!

Don’t put your phone or electronics near it

The first time I ordered it I didn’t receive it but the second time around I didn’t get what I ordered the bolt that comes with it didn’t quite fit but seems like it’s a super strong magnet thanks

Perfect for serious hobbyists

One of the biggest magnets available for hobbyists. Comes at a price and I'm a little disappointed at how easily it gets scratched up but it is definitely a good buy

Drags easily across bottom of the water

Super strong. I really like that it is 2 sided with an eye hook hole on the side as well. It drags across the bottom of the water nice and smooth.

Very weak, not as advertised

This is not 400 pounds. Its barely 20 pounds. Dont buy this. Its cheap yea but you couldent even pull up a paint can't with this. Trust me a tried. Very disappointed.

Not too bad - my new review

New at trying out this whole magnet fishing thing but this it great for learning to throw and set up and getting the feel of the real thing before spending 100$ on the heavy duty stuff, my son loves it and always wants to go and do it even if all he finds is fish hooks he’s satisfied

easy to throw and pull flat

a little disappointed on the magnetic force .i question if it reaches 2400 lbs on anything other than totally flat metal plateI have 500 lbs mags that pull as hard on same objects.look elsewhere for the money.
