We used this cable to run from the modem/router combo unit to the smart tv in our guest house about 100ft into the back yard.My husband removed half of the tines off of a mini tiller he had and ran it with only half of the tines to create the trench to bury the line (we did not own a trench shovel and he didn't want to wait so don't be afraid to get creative).This cable has given us no issues and has provided uninterrupted internet to the guest house.Thank you!

I had planned on burying this cable for an Ethernet line between a house and a garage. Before I did that, I had a temporary need for an outdoor cable dropped out of an attic window straight down and into a basement window. So I dropped this cable out the window first, and I'm glad I did. When I didn't get any signal at all, I was perplexed because I was sure I had wired everything correctly. High quality stuff! Everything I wanted. Speeds delivered over fiber, ethernet tester passed it and verified shielded. No complaints, ends were solid and worked great. Not much more one can ask for in a cable.

It seems to be very well make. It is a fairly stiff and heavy, but you would expect that since it is rated for outdoor use. It looks like it should hold up very good.

Bought to run a WiFi extender on the roof. Bought a little too much, but it's been running flawlessly on this cable since I purchased it. No complaints and highly recommend this sturdy cable.

Just a heads-up that this worked well for me, but it failed within 6 months when I discovered multiple times the outside of the cable was chewed on by rodents. Obviously, this is not the cable's fault. That said, be careful where you place the cable because you may need to use conduit even though the cable seemed to have withstood winter weather just fine.

I was told to upgrade to a Cat6 due to my outdoor application. Certainly more shielding than the Cat 5 I had used previously. The cable arrived in a very good timeframe and is working as expected.

I will not purchase this cord again. it lasted for 1 year, it is buried in the ground so it was not the elements that did something to it. It just did not last.

Not sure why there is a wifi rating on the review for a cat 6 cable. But this is a really durable cable. I installed it for a long run between my house, and my mothers to get her house networked with mine. Full speed all the way, and well made.

I bought this cable to make a network drop at the back of my condo. I ran the cable out one side of the condo and using clamps, extended the cable to the other side of my condo. This is professorial grade ethernet cable, for instance for stringing an outdoor access point. The box came slashed (come on, Revain) but the cable was unphased. Continuity tested end to end (hopefully not tested by lightning strike!) Sturdy jacket allows for 60' aerial stringing - strong!

This stuff is not easy to work with, but that's kind of the point. I have a couple PoE IP cameras that didn't work on 100' of 26 AWG Cat 7 cable, but work fine on 200' of this stuff.
