Soft rubbery feel, not plastic or slick feeling. My 5 yard old son loves the hand placements to help him since of course as his dad I'm not allowed to help because he already knows everything.

This is a great basketball for little ones. It shows correct hand positions for shooting the ball. It's also a good size for those under 12 age group.

The ball arrives deflated. We bought a pump and inflated it. The ball worked well for a month. It just started to lose air and becomes flat. Nothing has happened to the ball that would cause this. I add more air and now it only last maybe an hour before it starts to lose go flat again. We missed the return date by a week. Only a 30 day return window. Also the hand placements are not useful. The ball is also overly cushiony.

Excellent quality. The ball has a comfortable feel and is very durable. The hand positions are color coded for a left or right shot. Not too heavy. Great purchase.

I bought this ball for my 5 year old daughter. She recently started to learn how to play basketball. I searched in vain for a pink 27 inch ball but setteled for this. She likes that it is not brown like most other basketballs. The size is perfect for her. Given that most of the 5 year old boys playing with her are not any bigger, this should be fine for boys too.The ball has markings on it that show how to hold the ball when shooting a basket. The markings are are for left and right handed…

Seriously? How about you put in your AD that I have to run out and buy a pump because it comes not inflated? That's my feedback.

We have a basketball hoop in the front yard. We’ve owned at least half a dozen basketballs over the last couple years and this is the kids 5-7 yrs. favorite. I don’t know why it just is. That includes versus Spalding Wilson NCAA official blah blah blah

Purchased as a Christmas gift for our grandson, he really liked the basketball as well as his sister. Uses the hand placement and thinks it is awesome.

I was disappointed with the quality. It worked great for a few weeks, but then it wouldn’t stay inflated. May not meet regulation size for certain leagues.

The other kids on my kids basketball teams at the YMCA all wanted a turn. I love how it shows them where to put their hands no matter if they are left or right handed. Where was this when I tried playing as a kid? LOL

I bought this for my three-year-old and my seven-year-old loves it because it’s lighter than his basketball and easier to make baskets. Great quality, arrived inflated! Will buying another for my 7 year old.
