I really liked this helmet when I started wearing it two seasons ago. Very comfortable and excellent visibility. Unfortunately, lenses tend to break at the notch on the nose. Slight fogging in high humidity and cool air, but quickly disappears while riding. Visor ventilation is very good. This clear visor is ideal for night riding. I used this Vivid Vanquish visor on a 44 mile night ride tonight. The lighting is bright at first and then quickly dims to complete darkness. I use Lumina 700 and my buddy had a bright light too. As a longtime AirAttack Shield user, I wholeheartedly switched to the Vanquish when it was announced (that MIPS security was supposed to help). Unfortunately, Giro badly ruined the helmet and lens. These lenses are very fragile and thin. It's thinner so any pressure breaks at the midpoint (above the nose). To make matters worse, the magnets used in this shield will rust over time and leave rust stains on the helmet if you attach it upside down. To completely ruin the whole package for me, Giro…
