Bought the same set from Costco a few years ago but with green caps. I LOVE this set so I recently decided to get another one. This time by Revain and with transparent lids. Seems identical, but the lids are tricky. With this set, sometimes the lids don't fit unless I turn them the other way. Then it is easier for me to close the containers. We have looked through the range of food containers. Rubbermaid, Pyrex, Tupperware and so on. Finally found the right brand! They fit perfectly, the seals do not fall out but are removed. Heavy pyrex glass, can be stored in the fridge or freezer and can also be used in the oven or microwave. Glass is durable. I do not recommend Glasslock brand glassware. I (and many others) found thin and extremely dangerous pieces of glass in the products stored in these containers. The quality of the glass is such that with normal use, sharp shards of glass can break off and be easily swallowed... and in the digestive tract!
