Perfect for my needs - lighting right above my desk and EASY to install. Just two dowels for a drywall. I also used some thumbtacks to trace the string along the corner of the wall. The lampshade is made of plastic, so it is light, but it looks like frosted glass. Excellent value for money and quality!

I ordered one and it arrived deformed because it didn't quite match the styrofoam in the manufacturer's packaging so I sent it back and asked for a replacement. Guess what? Same problem with the second. I'm sending it back and won't order again, I've wasted too much time on this already. And I trusted the reviews.

I have a pendant that looks like a bowl. The lamp changed my rather dark apartment and I recommend it to everyone. The plastic looks like glass but doesn't fall or break when a clumsy person like me hangs it up. It's absolutely wonderful! It's a little tricky to photograph the light source, so I've included a photo showing how beautifully it lights up the bar in my apartment.

I ordered this electronic lighting from Globe to replace my broken bathroom light. At first the globe worked normally, then suddenly it stopped. Lasted a good 2 weeks. It started to flicker. I don't have a 30 day window, 2 months since I ordered it it started SPARKING on the wire where the switch is! Absolutely no reason for it, it was used indoors, installed properly, we have no electrical issues that could cause this (and no issues with anything connected before or after this item!)
