Type of review

I am currently in my sixth season of driving this rubber in my second automobile, and I find that everything suits me. I do not have any second thoughts about purchasing this model. They estimated at the tire shop that it would be sufficient for at least one more season and possibly two more. Recent experience with withstanding the force of the front right wheel impacting the open hatch. It occurred to me that it could be either the disk or the tip of the rubber. When the load was checked…

Pros
  • Maintains its grip well on paved surfaces, snow, and ice as well.
Cons
  • Have not discovered

During the previous three years, Michelin X-Ice Xi3 was used. Good tires, however driving in fresh snow is like driving a cow on ice due to snow packing down the tread's small channels and turning the rubber slick. As a result, I opted for a new model that had more spacious vents. And the automobile handles the recent snowfalls like a dream, with no demolitions and no drifts. And this is on top of Velcro's many other well-known benefits. Even when the roads are covered in a thin layer of ice…

Pros
  • Fantastic snowfall! Also works well when frozen. Very assured movement; a soft, peaceful, summery sensation on freshly swept streets.
Cons
  • Not located

I am currently on my eighth year of riding Velcro, and I have absolutely no plans to switch to a spike any time soon. Performance of this model was normal before Goodyear bought it, but it wore out after two and a half winters. I really hope that this one is more durable. During that time, though, the temperature in Petersburg regularly surpassed five degrees Celsius. I will switch out the footwear on this model later, and sooner in the spring and summer respectively. B+ Velcro should not be…

Pros
  • Holds the road nicely, does not generate noise, looks good. Produced or made in Germany.
Cons
  • Haven't revealed yet.

Exactly what I needed, it's a great buy, I recommend it.

Naturally, I'm a little taken aback by so many glowing reviews, but! Let's proceed in chronological order. Amount of 255/55/18 was spent on Tuareg. Initial thoughts: WOW! Does this occur? Smooth, quiet, and soft! Additionally, when combined with pneuma, often take off! I didn't have tires that were as comfy in the summer as I did in the winter. However, if there are clear negatives, then let's discuss them as well since there is no perfect rubber and not many people discuss the negatives in…

Pros
  • Soft and quiet - Excellent resistance to hydroplaning! excellent tire for slow driving.
Cons
  • Don't anticipate miracles on ice because of the fragile sidewall. Cons are listed below.

I've been using this rubber on the second vehicle for the sixth season, and it fits me perfectly. I have no regrets about my purchase of this model. It would be sufficient for at least one or two more seasons, according to the tire store. withstood the front right wheel's contact with the open hatch recently. I either imagined the disk or the rubber tip. Everything is in order while reloading, I checked.

Pros
  • holds on ice and asphalt as well as in the snow.
Cons
  • I cannot find

Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

For the eighth year in a row, I have been riding Velcro, and I will not switch to spikes. Performance before to this model was goodyear, but it was worn out after 2.5 winters. This one hopefully goes on longer. But back then, it was frequently warmer than +5 (Petersburg). For the summer, I'll switch out my shoes on this model sooner rather than later. B+ Velcro should not be heated or used for extended periods of time since it will become very soft. This model may go as low as -30. It is…

Pros
  • holds the road well, is quiet, and has a nice appearance. from Germany.
Cons
  • not yet revealed.

I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.

A few of the glowing reviews have caught me off guard, but! Then, let's follow the established protocol. The sum of 255/55/18 was spent on the Tuareg. At first glance, I must say, WOW! Does that ever occur. Ultra-gentle and silent! And when mixed with air, you can usually just take off and soar! Summer tires weren't as plush as my winter ones, so I wasn't as comfy. Despite its obvious benefits, no rubber is perfect, and even fewer people focus on its drawbacks in writing. The primary drawback…

Pros
  • Gently, quietly! - Very good resistance to hydroplaning! Excellent tire for long trips with the family.
Cons
  • Don't hope for miracles on ice because of the soft sidewall Read on for the downsides!

When compared to other brands of rubber, this particular one has something special to offer. Velcro came from the Nokian R2, the Yokohama IG 60, the Kumho Wintercraft, and the Hankook i'cept zero. The aforementioned rubbers don't compare to this one, in my opinion, due to the fact that this one has all of the significant benefits of Velcro but none of its major drawbacks. Because the price ended up being reasonable, investing in it would be a wise decision for urban applications. It comes…

Pros
  • Comfortable on dry roads, they ride virtually as well as summer ones but do not make any distracting noises and do not have the excessive softness that is distinctive of Velcro. It performs admirably both on the snow and when combined with water. It slips predictably on the ice in those regions where, in addition to asphalt, there are also sections with ice. Even when the temperature is very close to zero, it is well controlled and there are no delays or rolls. I have not yet had the opportunity to test rubber on the uneven canvas of an icy or snowy road when the temperature has been below freezing.
Cons
  • Although I did some driving, it is still tough to evaluate. In comparison with all-weather tires of the same brand that were tested on dry pavement, summer tires of the same brand were found to have a longer stopping distance when tested by automobile publications. On the other hand, if there are no measures involved, it is difficult to evaluate.

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

I moved south, I live outside the city, winters are relatively warm, there is bare asphalt in the city, outside the city near the house roads are not often cleaned. I decided that there would be no particular benefit from the spikes, one noise and they slow down worse on asphalt, I took the Velcro. In +5 summer yokohama already noticeably duble and the car began to rattle on bumps, like wooden wheels on a cart. As soon as I changed my shoes, it was not possible to recognize the car in motion…

Pros
  • Very tenacious on everything except bare ice. Quiet. The direction is excellent.
Cons
  • Did not reveal

The first car and the choice of tires was solely based on tests and reviews. In winter, I go only in the city, based on the recommendations on the network, I picked up Velcro. Goodyear attracted the price and good performance in the tests. I took them in August 19, 2 months after buying the car. In winter, I got into ice more than once, there were no incidents - the car steers well and holds the road. In corners without drifts, the trajectory of the movement keeps normally. When braking, it…

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

Review after one season of operation in Hong Kong and Hong Kong Region in 2022-2022. Bought for Rav-4. The car has poor sound insulation, so it is important that the tires are quiet. I looked at all options on the market, the final choice was between Nokian Norman RS2 and these tires. I decided to pay a little extra for Goodyear and was very pleased. For winter in Hong Kong and Hong Kong Region - an excellent, balanced tire, quiet, comfortable, adequate. The winter of 2022-2022 in Hong Kong…

Pros
  • - really quiet – confidently rakes in the snow - ride well on water and snow porridge - at -20 it remains soft, behave adequately – understandable and predictable on the pavement, practically do not scour the glue - Has an extended manufacturer's warranty - Made in Germany – sidewall and tread design looks modern – adequate price
Cons
  • Objectively - no flaws. For some reason, many find fault with the fact that it slows down badly on ice. If you ride on ice a lot, buy spikes. There are no universal tires.

Got pros: Holds well on ice in extreme cold, tested on 3 cars, 2 hatchbacks and 1 crossover, not noisy, not completely sad in warm temperatures. Holds wet snow well. So far it hasn't hit once in 10 years. Cons: At a pace of about 0, + -1 degrees, it is dangerous to drive. Need to be more careful. Not very passable in snowdrifts.

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

In general, I broke the rubber a week after the purchase, bought two new wheels, skated on the set for 2 years (~ 40-50 thousand), bought another one of the same. Ideal for dodge caliber in size 215/60 R17 Now I'm looking for something similar for a passenger car 205/55 or 215/55 r16 Different pros: excellent paddling in the snow performs well on all types of asphalt well removes water and porridge 130 on a snowy rolled track on a stupid high American, and only after this speed does a slight…

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I must say right away who chooses between this model and Performance, then the latter is rubber for European winters, many sellers "for some reason" do not advertise this. I can only compare with Bridgestone Blizzak Velcro, different models, before that I chose only this brand, but it became a little expensive, I decided to look for something else for this money, and in the end I even managed to save money, I took GOODYEAR Ultra Grip SUV Gen- 1, the kit came out 26500r. Feels like the rubber is

Pros
  • Quiet, good value for money
Cons
  • On the ice, a miracle is not worth waiting for

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

But! I bought a car - there was a seller's mistake, there should have been an ultra flu performance suv gen-1, so I wound 1000 km on this very good rubber. Moved in one day. So I'll tell you - there is a difference, despite the identical tread. A performance is a performance. After this good rubber on the ultra grip performance, there was a feeling that the four-wheel drive was turned on on a front-wheel drive car. In the snow, the rear axle stopped dragging almost completely (successfully…

Pros
  • All the qualities of excellent branded rubber - both stable and VERY quiet (just like slippers), hold the road and asphalt and ice well, and snow.
Cons
  • Didn't find it.
