I bought these to use as drawer dividers for fridge doors. You seem fine. They are really small so don't expect them to be that strong as they should only hold light curtains. But I know a lot of people use them as spacers in different places, just like me, so think about what you're using them for. I would describe her as a bit thin. If the items you use for/on/something are heavy, they probably aren't for you.

I bought these tie rods to hold up a baby jacket. The space I had left allowed me to buy just this size rod. The tie bars get the job done, but they don't hold much weight. If used for something light, the bar should hold up. The ends seemed to be plastic so I don't really like it. After hanging up my little one's jacket, it seems to be slightly bent as you can see in the photos.

Not sure if I'm too picky about these things or not but they can't hold anything more than light sheets or a thin cotton curtain. I have a "locker" in my workshop that I wanted this for. My idea was to hang my htv and perm vinyl. But this baby just slides down the walls of the locker. That's right, on a smooth metal surface. The walls are a bit flexible so it's very difficult to tighten them, but they won't hold up to 2 baby hangers and 12 plastic shower curtain rings. That's all he can endure…
