Maybe we had a bad game, as far as I know Gordini is good.

The gloves were very warm and waterproof but we bought two pairs and both lost the band on the left hand which fits snugly around the wrist. Maybe we had a bad batch as I know Gordini are respected winter ski gloves.

I love these mittens

I love these mittens. My son complains that snow gets into his sleeves and they easily pull around the wrist and again when worn over a coat. It can easily tighten and loosen them by itself. There is an additional pocket for a thermal pack. Even without it, your hand stays quite warm.

Warm with enough dexterity to work with snowboard bindings

These are my daughter's third pair of these and they are very good. Not so hot that your hands sweat, but warm enough for 20-35* snowboarding temps. Fairly easy to put on and take off, good ventilation and easy access to handwarmer pocket. They also have enough dexterity to work with snowboard bindings. It's possible to use the wrist strap if they're taken off, but still 5 stars for a job well done.
