We bought nine of these cordless curtains (three for the living room and two each for three bedrooms). They are easy to install; four pilot holes and four screws, after which they snap into place. If you need to remove them again, I recommend loosening the screw on the back of the bracket that holds the metal clip. UPDATE 13 months later: God I'm down. Long story short, it's still working great after a year. I don't use a small tab; Instead, I grab the lower rail. Up in the morning, down in the evening, no problem. EXCEPT. When installing, note that the center bracket can pinch the return springs. Set it off center to prevent this and you'll be fine.
