Where does the O ring go?

Expensive for an o-ring but necessary to get a perfect ring. In my drawing I have shown where the hose that connects to the Grohe LadyLux shower head should go.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Empty

Overpriced and useless

This item should be in the $100 faucet head. It's not like this. It's too expensive and then they charge you for shipping. Turns out I didn't need it. Waste of money and shipping costs make returns pointless. Very close to theft.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Expensive but essential!

This o-ring is required when replacing the shower head on a Grohe faucet. Replacement shower head is not included and must be purchased separately. The cost is way higher than it should be - looks like only 50 cents! The sealing ring must be enclosed with the shower head!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad

If your new Ladylux jet doesn't quite fit

This o-ring comes in handy when the original jet is worn out or if you have an old Ladylux faucet and find that the newer replacement jet no longer fits properly , when you screw it onto the hose. Either way, this new o-ring can prevent leaks that would otherwise flow through the throat and into your case. Hidden leaks are no fun! This item is originally manufactured by Grohe in Germany. The build.com seller shipped it insanely fast, by the way - it arrived earlier than the Prime order placed…

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Quick start guide

I will not buy Grohe again

Requires a very expensive rubber washer because a perfectly good rubber washer from your old spray head will not connect the hose to the new spray head without leaking (although this will still cause leakage between hose and your old spray head in relation to that.) This leads me to suspect that Grohe's production specs for the new heads may not have been as closely matched to those for the old heads as they should have been. , and they pass the cost of this "bug" on to those who buy…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Has disadvantages
