Guidance gave us the ability to integrate a number of our systems and make them work together. We were able to move away from the traditional way of doing things and instead move toward a more modern way of doing things. The support team is great and very helpful. I like how easy it was for me as an individual who had no prior knowledge of this software or platform that they use! It's very user friendly from my perspective - super simple navigation through their website where you can find what your looking for (or not). Their support team are always helpful too!!
