These clips are exactly what I expected. You are strong and strong. You will need to adjust the bottom of the clip to attach it to the brick. The ones I bought weigh 20 pounds but I'm sure they can handle more.

I gave this product a lower rating because it only fits standard building blocks. In the end I just put them on the shelf. They are too big for my brick and none of mine were big enough to hold on to. Great idea if you have the exact size stones!

I was looking for an easy way to hang a large (36" to 40") Christmas wreath without nails or concrete screws. They worked great on my exterior brick. Since the wreath was heavy I used two hangers side by side and was able to hang the wreath in under a minute.

I like the idea of a device used to hang items on brick walls, but unfortunately it didn't work on my brick patio walls. To be fair, my brick walls didn't have gaps as deep as shown in the promotional materials/images. I used jigs on part of my patio to hang wind chimes from one of the wooden slats of my pergola at the end of my patio.

My bricks are the right width, I usually have a fairly deep mortar line, but I was only able to attach (barely) one and it certainly wasn't clamped enough to hold anything. Maybe because the front of my stones isn't completely flat? There just wasn't enough "spring" in the clip to hold this clip in place so I'm returning all the packages I bought hoping to use them for hanging Christmas lights.

I've seen many other reviews where brick clips weren't big enough and unfortunately that was the case for me. I have standard bricks in my house and they weren't high enough to grab the top and bottom. They were maybe 1/4 inch shorter. I'm not sure if they should match, but this is not standard house facing brick.

These clamps are great if your grout is deep enough to pick them up. Unfortunately I couldn't use them. I would recommend them though because they are a great idea for hanging things on bricks without drilling holes. I want them to work for me! Before purchasing I would recommend making sure your grout is not flush with the brick so you can be sure there is room for mounting.

I was so glad to find them, they are so much better than drilling into brick and they hold up better too! I had to buy two different sizes, my indoor fireplace bricks are smaller than my outdoor bricks, but they are great for both. I would say the hardest part is making sure they are safe because if the bricks are cracked or whatever you need to avoid those areas. But overall I love this product!
