Subjectively, the car on such rubber becomes very obedient, quickly responds to gas and brake. What pleases: tires are very inexpensive.

Apparently, this is how the "raw" rubber reacted to the Ural frosts (it got hard and burst). I wouldn't risk driving on those tires.
