Industry standard for metric thread gauges

After about thirty years my original set was getting very tired. (Typical steels have to deal with corrosion, these aren't a problem.) Also, it's not a deal breaker, but I was happy to find that they're still made because they're in the box of my Snap-On Metric Tap and Die Set, that holds this tool and the new one fits perfectly in its proper place.

I bought this thread gauge because I need to determine thread pitch on a 6mm vise and the 6mm vise has MANY pitches available. When closed, the set is approx. 62 mm long, 10 mm wide and 7 mm thick (for rivets). Each sheet is approximately 0.5mm thick (varies a little). Weight 21 grams. The question I asked before purchasing was what step sizes are included in the kit. Nobody answered. The size is engraved (barely engraved) on each sheet. Important Info (for P/N 12016): This is an Irwin "Hanson" Metric Thread Gauge, with 16 blades or sheets, ranging in size from 0.35mm to 3, 00mm Measurements in millimeters: 0.35, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.75, 0.8 at one end (okay?), 0.9, 1.00 , 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2.00, 2.50, 3.00 on the other end (roughly?) .
