Outdoor/Weatherproof Smart Socket

This smart socket was used to connect a garden fountain and provide remote control. Easy to set up, easy to integrate with Google Home, works great. A few heavy rains and the device works perfectly. Exactly what we needed at a great price.

All on/off, easy setup, great performance

For some reason I thought I could control each of the three outlets individually. I can not. Everything on, everything off. If I knew, I would have bought it anyway. It's a great price and I can control the outside lights with my phone and/or schedule a time. It's easy to set up and works great.

Love these switches HBN

I have a lot of these and they all work great. Morning to night timer, notifications, great device for the money. I have them on my outside Christmas lights, inside on my window candles and I even control my watering system with one of them. perfect. It takes a little practice to plan them, but once you get the hang of it, there won't be any problems.

Works great with Alexa

Exactly what I wanted. However, I had to call as I was having trouble with the setup. I followed the instructions and downloaded the app listed in the instructions and just couldn't connect it to Alexa. The guy I called said I should install another app. So I was a bit frustrated that they didn't have the right direction and the best direction with the device. But everything is fine and works great. It is controlled by Alexa.

This is a sturdy fork. Setup was a problem. I used my phone - bluetooth should be on. You must select "Auto Search" before doing anything else in the app. Then you need to select "WIFI socket" (offers a long list of items). With 3 sockets to 1 plug I was expecting to be able to group them into 1 schedule but no. You must plan each outlet individually. I have separate WIFI sockets from another company and I can "group" them, so it's very strange. It does the job.

Just what I needed

Bought so I could finally turn all my Christmas lights on and off at the same time. I've used 4 mechanical timers for years which I had to keep resetting to get them working properly and if there was a power outage I had to go back and reset them all. Now they all turn on every few seconds. Customer service was great too! The setup instructions were a bit confusing for me, but I called them and they easily helped me with the initial setup.

Disappointed and I don't need it from plug

I bought one of these and I really liked it. Has worked flawlessly. I foolishly thought the second one would be the same. Boy was I a fool. The second was annoying to set up and doesn't work at all to control my light. Exactly the same kind of lights. This is an absolute waste. I'll keep the first one and I'm very happy. This new one is back. I think the problem is related to the app or possibly updated device software. It was fantastic, wish I had bought two at the same time.

Reliable, gets the job done.

I connected two Christmas street lights (originally there should be three, the third one was never installed) and programmed the on/off time. It turned off and on again at the right time on the same day. The power plug hangs under the canopy of my room so it doesn't snow or rain, the coldest temp so far has been 12 degrees Fahrenheit. It works exactly how I need it. It's a bit bulky as you can see in the photo, but it wasn't. A way to hide it in the right place - this may not be the case with…
