I will knit a blanket with soft Red Heart yarn. I have several projects ahead of me. But I know it will look pretty since I've used this pattern before. This will be a baby blanket for Christmas or Valentine's Day. This will be a donation. Probably in the kids' corner of Issaquah. JM

Great product. After I finished my project with what I bought, I ordered more. I agree with the other reviewer, I would like the strand to be bigger, maybe a pound. The only complaint I have is that the price isn't the same, so take a look at the color you want and check the price, it changes sometimes.

I really liked this yarn. I made a blanket for my grandniece, a shawl for my sister in law and am planning to make another shawl to donate to our church service. This is truly one of the softest yarns I have ever worked with and it is actually a red yarn as advertised. Also, it's not terribly expensive. I would buy this again. Claire James

I ordered this yarn for a future project that I have not started on yet. The template recommended that particular color and brand, which is why I found it on Revain. I have to say I've used Red Heart 'Soft' yarn before and have always been happy with the result so I'm giving it five stars just like the yarn I've used in my other projects. I would recommend it to other knitters.

The color is pleasant and the yarn is thin but quite soft. I just finished my first project - a scarf for my niece - and it was just what I needed. I was quite surprised when I opened up my second skein to start working on the hat and found that it wasn't a long piece of yarn but pieces tied together into a full skein. It is in order? I honestly have no idea. I'm a little afraid of splicing yarn on my second project, but I guess I don't have a choice. Now that I know what that little knot is…
