Take it out of the box, attach a 1lb propane tank or two, light the igniter (first time it had to be done by hand, the igniter fired after the gas came out - took a while) and voila - Warm up! Can be used with one or two 1lb tanks (Low/Medium only on 1 tank, Hi is available on two). Received the goods and at first glance it turned out to be exactly what I ordered. But looking inside the heater, there was no fan installed, and there was no mention of a fan in the instructions. The heater model number listed is F274800, which Mr. Heater says is model MH18B. However, there is no space in this list for a model explicitly designated as MH18B. However, if you read the listing carefully, there is no mention of a fan in it. Most reviews mention a fan and I'm sure some of the units
