Missing caps best in my review

I ordered 3 of these. They all arrived in separate boxes and not a single one had the pictured "ring cap” to close the holes where u add the water.

Pros
  • Love the way it secures the umbrella to the base! Doesn’t just set in there!
Cons
  • The base may not fit all umbrella pole sizes

Tippy and slippery in my review

Returned. Base bottom doesn’t sit flat on the deck making the umbrella tippy. The base pole rotates freely in the base hole so the umbrella can freely rotate in the stand - (might be ok with a non-tilting umbrella). The screw tightening the umbrella pole to the base pole does not stop this, both poles simply rotate together. The plastic base slides easily on our Trex decking, the small rubbery feet are not enough to compensate for this. Too bad. It looks nice enough with our rattan deck…

Pros
  • It’s loose. When you put umbrella pole in the base, it’s not tight. Umbrella moves around and wobbles.
Cons
  • The size of the base may not be suitable for smaller patio or garden spaces

Missing parts best in my review

Not satisfied with my $50 purchase. It was covered with a rusty residue and did not contain any accessories. Also no instructions in package and since I didn't receive any accessories (bolts, plates, etc.) that was okay!

Pros
  • 19.75 x 18.5 x 6.75 inches
Cons
  • The black color may make the base too hot to touch in direct sunlight

It wobbles and falls over

This umbrella stand is terrible. The pole is inserted into the base but not actually attached to it. Therefore the pole and umbrella wobble back and forth. Even when filled with water the entire thing falls over in the slightest breeze. (We do not live in a windy area) . Also it doesn’t have wheels on the bottom so you can’t move it around. It is very large so make sure you measure your space before you buy this useless stand. I have another water filled umbrella stand at a home on the Outer…

Pros
  • Sturdy enough to hold my 7’ umbrella
Cons
  • The fillable feature may leak or spill, causing potential water damage

Good weight class for my opinion

I’m giving it 4 stars right now until I see how it performs in the wind. As it stands it is way more sturdy than expected. I’m pleased

Pros
  • DURABLE MATERIAlL - The bottom of the weighted market umbrella base is made of high density polyethylene material, waterproof, aging resistance, wear resistance, UV resistance, permanent corrosion free. Prevent cracking and discoloration in all weather. Includes a solid steel pipe rod to hold your outdoor patio umbrella inside the pipe, which is coated with anti-rust coating and does not appear to rust.
Cons
  • The plastic material may warp or become misshaped due to sun exposure

Exactly as described

I like the base and it does exactly as described. It's not heavy enough to hold our umbrella upright in 20 mph winds. We will be purchasing a table in the future to pair with the base.

Pros
  • With its heavy-duty construction and spacious 46.3 lb capacity, this fillable plastic umbrella base stand is built to withstand even the strongest winds and provide superior stability for your outdoor patio or garden umbrella
Cons
  • The black color may not coordinate with all outdoor furniture colors or styles

Missing parts: my feedback

The first order arrived without the water cap. Ok, we returned it and ordered another one. Second order, arrived without a water cap. Contacted Fruitree, got a Chinese translated response, confused about the request to send a cap. We’re done. Returned the second one. Will try a different brand.

Pros
  • Great weight even in rain and windy days. Easy to fill with water. Recommend this!
Cons
  • The item seems sturdy enough but the ring cap was missing. May have to return

Missing Ring Cap good for me

Was super excited but this came without the cap so I returned/exchanged and the replacement also came without the cap. Can't speak for any other aspect of this .

Pros
  • Easy to assemble and heavy duty.
Cons
  • The plastic material may become brittle or fade over time

Perfect, an umbrella stand that won't rust.

I was looking for an umbrella stand that would not rust and leave rust stains all over my patio. This stand looks good and was easy to set-up. It's a heavy-duty plastic and holds my umbrella straight and snug.

Pros
  • Fairly sturdy filled with water but it would be better if larger diameter
Cons
  • I like the stand but the plug is missing

Very sturdy.: my feedback

So far so good I filled mine with water. It sits under a concrete table that has the umbrella hole and sleeve. Even in moderate winds nothing moves more than the play in the sleeve on the table.

Pros
  • I like it. used for my deck umbrella.
Cons
  • Made more for a table umbrella versus a stand alone

Wrong height description

Height says 11" and we had 11.5" clearance, should have been plenty room. Base is actually 12" high so we had to return it.

Pros
  • Nice solid stand
Cons
  • The weight of the base may make it difficult to transport or reposition

Buyer beware - the cap on the base is not included

I received this stand last week and returned it because the cap for the base (that you fill with water or sand) was not in the box. I received the replacement today and once again, the cap was not included. The cap is in the instuctions for parts included, so it should be there. The wife and I just decided to keep the base and we will use a wine cork for the cap. So 2 boxes, twice a part was missing. Don't buy if you will use water in the base and don't want to use something other than the part…

Pros
  • Good product. No need for extra weighs. Great purchase.
Cons
  • The base may require additional tools to assemble and set up

worst design: my feedback

DO NOT BUY THISStand is convex on the bottom. It is curved outwards where it is supposed to lay on a flat surface. Pole that is in the middle is not tight to the base. This creates the worst wobble. Who would ever design something this way?NO WAY TO DRAIN COMPLETLY! How do you return something with liquid in it? Any person that ships anything ever, knows you cannot ship liquids without special shipping requirements.

Pros
  • PATIO UMBRELLA MUST HAVE - Rough attachment for compatible outdoor market umbrellas(search: B07NRS9BWN or B07RHRYG9R) to prevent accidental damage due to falls and bad weather.
Cons
  • The base may not be suitable for all outdoor climates or conditions
