Very useful for tracking customer support requests

I like how easy it was to set up my account/connections once everything has been installed (no technical skills required). There are some quirks when using web chat or email but these can be fixed by contacting their tech-support staff who will do all they could to assist you so as not inconvenience other customers waiting longer than necessary while fixing bugs. We use this software at our organization - we've had no issues whatsoever since setting things up nearly 2 years ago now. It's very…

Great Product, Robust Functionality and Very Reasonable pricing

I have been using this product since it was called "Support Master" back when they were still owned by Novell (which also sold them out). They've always had good products at reasonable prices - Support master does not disappoint here either!! Easy-to use interface; robust functionality across all types & sizes of engagements/projects we undertake wtih their clients as well those who engage directly via our agency partners or self serve customers through an agent partner network within Australia

  • Strong user interface, solid customer service support team behind salesforce implementation that is seamless from beginning till end.! It really works best in hybrid mode where SalesForce CRM integration happens seamlessly alongside HelpMaster deployment ; Excellent pricing model especially considering high value features implemented like Social Profiles , Single Sign On capabilities et al..all under
